Applications for the following permits may be obtained at the building department.  Click on each for more information:

Permits, applications, and request for inspection may be obtained through the Building Official & Permit Clerk at this location.  This department is also responsible for enforcement of general, land development, and housing codes.  In addition, the building department also handles enforcement of the city's erosion control ordinances as delegated from the Georgia EPD.   Encroachment and Land Development permits are also issued through the building department by the Permits Clerk.
