Invitation to Bid (ITB) are awarded to the bidder determined by the City to be responsive and responsible and with the lowest bid price. Requests for Proposal (RFP) are awarded by the City based upon clearly identified criteria and weights. Only the names of those companies submitting proposals are listed. Peachtree City reserves the right to reject all bids/proposals, to waive informalities, to reject portions of bids/proposals, to waive technicalities and to award contracts in a manner consistent with the best interests of the City and the laws of the State of Georgia. |
